ZnetShows Partner Picks Summer Challenge and Giveaway

A few weeks ago, I had the good fortune of being paired with Becky Pancake for this great challenge.  We each had to select beads, which ZnetShows would send to our partner.  Our requirements were that we select some sea glass, Chinese crystal, natural stone, pearl and base metal (plus two free choice.)  I received this awesome package from ZnetShows, which had a beautiful selection made by Becky.

When I received my invitation to join this challenge, I was just about to get started on another little bead box...so I decided to go ahead with it and work some of these great beads into the vessel...

After finishing the small vessel, I admired the pile of beads in my package, and really felt that a free form beadweaving necklace would be a great way to show off some of these pretty beads...I felt that the free form nature of the necklace gave it a real feel of finding little treasures among the sand at the beach...and how cute are those alligators!!!!????

I still had many beads left so I made a 3-strand bracelet....

And a pair of earrings!

It was so fun to take part in this challenge.  I got to use more of ZnetShows' great selection of beads, and also make a new beading friend!  Please visit Becky's blog to see what she made...and the ZnetShows' blog to see a list of participants and their creations! ALSO - be sure to go to the ZnetShows' blog because they are hosting a giveaway with a ton of great prizes!!!  Thank you Becky for picking such wonderful beads, and thank you to Bill at ZnetShows for including me in this challenge and for the generous package of beads.
